Chris Arroyo relocated from Orlando, Florida, to lead the NextGen Ministries across all Grace campuses. Chris served in youth ministry for 12 years at a large multi-site church with 6,000 worshipping on their campuses each weekend. In addition to being a youth pastor, he also directed a robust ministry internship program, launched a college ministry, and served as an associate pastor. Chris holds a BA in Interpersonal/Organizational Communications and an MA in Communication from the University of Central Florida. He is also an adjunct professor at Southeastern University. Chris is married to “the love of his life,” Kristin, and they recently became parents of a baby girl, Cassidy!
